Update to Version 1.01, User nth candle extend OB's to the right of open candle and added debug for candle extend. Update to internal tf usage only. Indicator remains MTF.

- OB Price Line: Yellow solid line (bull uses high, bear uses low)

- Opposite Price Line: Tan solid line (bull uses low, bear uses high)

- Open Line: Lime dotted

- Close Line: White dotted

- Midpoint Line: Gold dashed at 50% level
