Core Trading Concept

ATR Titan Scalper uses a ATR based entry logic to identify overbought and oversold market conditions. Once an initial trade is opened, the EA manages positions using a limited grid system with controlled spacing between entries.

Instead of closing trades individually, Quantum Apex uses a basket profit strategy:

• All positions on one side (BUY or SELL) are closed together when the total combined profit reaches the target.

• The profit target is automatically scaled based on the current lot size.

• This allows the EA to adapt naturally as the account grows or shrinks.

Dynamic Lot Settings

• Use $300 = 0.01 Rule: This is set to true , meaning the EA automatically scales your risk based on your balance.

• Hard cap for safety: Set to 10.0, ensuring the EA never places a single trade larger than 10 lots.

• BasketProfitTarget: Set to 10.0, which is the dollar amount (or points, depending on your code logic) the entire "basket" of grid trades needs to reach before closing them all for a profit.

Grid Limit Settings

• MaxTradesPerSide (15): The maximum number of buy or sell orders the EA will open in a single grid sequence.

• GridStepPoints (300): The distance the price must move against your position before the EA "averages down" by opening a new grid level.

Entry Signal (ATR)

• ATR_Period (14): The EA calculates volatility based on the last 14 candles.

• Volatility filter (0.0002): The minimum ATR value required to trade. If the market is too quiet (ATR < 0.0002), the EA will not open new initial trades to avoid "sideways" traps.

Emergency Protection

• MaxDrawdownHalt (70.0): A "kill-switch" that stops the EA if the account equity drops by 70% to prevent a total margin call
