Trailing Caddy is best understood as an Expert Advisor–style utility. It does not initiate trades; instead, it manages exits automatically.

This bot was developed to support manual trading while multitasking, where identifying optimal exit points can be more challenging than entering positions.

Trailing Caddy functions as a configurable trailing-stop utility, allowing users to tailor its behavior based on their own market analysis. After a trade is opened, it applies a default take-profit of 5 pips, with a 1‑pip buffer to reduce premature closures caused by price fluctuations.

A secondary trailing stop is set at 10 pips by default and operates without a buffer. An initial stop loss is applied but is removed once the first trailing stop is activated.
