Eagle Strike – Gold Velocity Scalper (XAUUSD)

Eagle Strike is a disciplined scalping Expert Advisor for XAUUSD (Gold), designed for traders who prioritize execution quality and risk control. The strategy is based on price velocity and directional momentum. Trades are taken only when specific market conditions are met. Eagle Strike does not trade continuously and avoids unfavorable market phases.

No Martingale. No Grid. Each trade uses a predefined Stop Loss and Take Profit. Position sizing is controlled by a fixed lot or a risk percentage of account equity.

Broker Requirements

Eagle Strike is spread-sensitive. Due to the short-duration scalping nature of the strategy, spread directly impacts profitability. A Raw or ECN account is required to obtain optimal results. Standard accounts with floating spreads above 10 points on XAUUSD are not recommended. A low-latency VPS located in London or New York is strongly advised.

Recommended Settings

Two preset configurations are provided as a starting point.

Growth profile – intended for traders accepting higher risk in exchange for faster account growth. AutoLot is set to 3.0%, the trend filter is disabled to capture all volatility, and daily limits are turned off. This profile is not suitable for funded or prop firm accounts.

Prop Firm profile – intended for FTMO or similar challenge accounts. AutoLot is set to 1.0%, the trend filter is active on M30, daily profit target is set to 1%, and daily loss limit is set to 3.5% (below the standard 5% FTMO threshold). MaxSpread is raised to 60 to accommodate wider spreads during news events.

Activate the EA on a demo account first to verify it connects and executes correctly with your broker. Confirm that your broker allows algorithmic trading. Results shown in monitoring are dependent on the broker conditions, spread, and server latency at the time of execution. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
