Gold Pinbar MT4 is an automated trading algorithm for the MetaTrader 4 platform, designed to work with the XAUUSD (gold) instrument.

The advisor analyzes price patterns such as Pin Bars and makes trading decisions based on candlestick structure, volatility, and the current market context.

The algorithm operates fully automatically after installation and configuration, performing market analysis and position management without user intervention. The expert advisor can be used both in the strategy tester and on a live account.

Trading logic

The system is based on a price action approach:

• Definition of Pin Bar (reversal candle with a long shadow)
• Filter signals by:
  • direction of the trend
  • volatility (ATR)
  • body/shadow size
• Entry confirmation at candle close

Signal types:

• BUY - Bullish Pin Bar (long lower shadow)
• SELL - Bearish Pin Bar (long upper shadow)

Trades are opened only when all filter conditions are met.

Position management

Built-in risk management module:

• Stop Loss - fixed or adaptive
• Take Profit - fixed or dynamic
• Trailing Stop — position tracking
• Limiting the number of open positions
• Minimum stop distance control (broker-safe)

The robot correctly handles trading errors and repeats execution attempts if necessary.
