Sentinel AutoTrade MT4 is an Expert Advisor engineered for precision reversal trading on the AUDCAD M15 timeframe. It identifies high-probability price turning points using a combination of Bollinger Bands and Stochastic Oscillator, and manages positions with a dynamic grid system and auto lot sizing — adapting to changing market conditions automatically. This is the MetaTrader 4 version of the same strategy running on MT5.

⚙️ How It Works

• Reversal Strategy: Identifies potential price reversal zones using Bollinger Bands for range boundaries and the Stochastic Oscillator as a confirmation filter, ensuring entries are placed at statistically favorable turning points.
• Dynamic Grid System: Uses a grid approach to manage open positions, with automatic adjustments based on market volatility to maximize recovery potential during adverse moves.
• Auto Lot Sizing: Position sizes scale automatically with account balance growth — no manual adjustments needed as the account grows.
• Basket Management: All open grid positions are managed as a single basket and closed together when the collective profit target is reached.
• No Hedging or Arbitrage: Operates purely on internal strategy logic — no special broker conditions required.

⚠️ Risk Transparency

Sentinel AutoTrade uses a Grid-based position management approach. While this improves recovery potential, it also carries inherent risks:

• Multiple positions may be opened during strong trending moves against the initial entry.
• Drawdown can grow with each additional grid level, particularly during sustained one-directional moves.
• Adequate starting capital and conservative lot sizing are essential to manage drawdown periods safely.
• This strategy is not suitable for undercapitalized accounts.

• Recommended: Select AutoLot in the LotSizingMethod parameter.
• Standard risk: Set AutoLot_0.01LotPer = 2000 — the EA opens 0.01 lot per $2,000 in balance, scaling up automatically as capital grows.
• Low risk: Set AutoLot_0.01LotPer = 2500-3000 for more conservative exposure.
