EMA 200 Entry Strategy
The 200 Exponential Moving Average (EMA) is a powerful indicator used to identify the overall market trend and high-probability trade entries. It acts as a dynamic support and resistance level, helping traders align with institutional market direction.
When price is trading above the EMA 300, the market is considered to be in a strong uptrend. In this condition, traders should focus only on buy opportunities. A valid entry occurs when price pulls back toward the EMA 200 and shows confirmation such as bullish candlestick patterns, strong rejection wicks, or momentum shift.
