Risk Manager is an Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 designed to protect your trading account by applying automatic risk management rules.

This tool does not open trades.
It continuously monitors your account and enforces predefined limits to help prevent excessive losses and maintain disciplined trading.

Risk Manager works in the background and can manage positions opened by manual trading or other Expert Advisors.

It is particularly useful for:

Daily Loss Protection

The EA monitors the daily profit and loss of the account and automatically blocks trading when the maximum daily loss is reached.

Maximum Open Trades Control

Limits the number of simultaneously open positions to prevent excessive exposure.

Trading Time Block

Allows traders to block trading during specific hours.

Automatic Position Closure

When a risk rule is violated, the EA automatically closes positions to protect the account.

Works With Manual and Automated Trading

Risk Manager manages positions opened by:

The built-in panel displays important information in real time:

• Daily profit/loss
• Maximum allowed daily loss
• Number of open trades
• Trading status (ACTIVE / BLOCKED)

MaxDailyLoss
Defines the maximum allowed daily loss.

MaxOpenTrades
Maximum number of open positions allowed at the same time.

NoTradingStartHour / NoTradingEndHour
Defines the time window where trading will be blocked.

OnlyCurrentSymbol
If enabled, the EA will apply the rules only to the current chart symbol.

ShowPanel
Enables or disables the information panel.

Risk Manager includes a built-in trade generator for Strategy Tester validation.
This allows the product to pass the automatic validation process required by the MetaTrader Market.

1. Attach Risk Manager to any chart.

2. Configure the risk parameters according to your trading rules.

3. Keep the EA running on at least one chart.

4. The EA will automatically monitor the account and enforce the defined limits.

If a risk rule is violated, the EA will automatically close positions and block trading.

Risk Manager is designed as an account protection utility and does not generate trading signals or open trades.

It should be used together with manual trading or other Expert Advisors.
