How to Use It

1. Define Your Sessions: Input the start/end times for Asia, London, and NY based on your broker's server time. The “daily” range is calculated based on the broker’s server day (00:00 server time).
2. Set Your Lookback: Choose how many days to calculate the average (e.g., 10 days for recent volatility, 50 days for long-term context).
3. Identify Exhaustion: If the London session average is 300 points and the live display shows 290 points, you know the move is likely over.
