The name "Gym Bro" refers to the indicator's unique visual metaphor, which categorizes market trends into "Bulking" (Upward Momentum) or "Cutting" (Downward Momentum) phases. This thematic approach simplifies complex price action into clearly defined zones for traders who prefer an alternative to traditional line charts.

Underlying Strategy

The core logic is based on mathematical Pivot Points (High + Low + Close / 3). The indicator automatically calculates:

• Central Pivot: Determines the weekly directional bias.

• Support & Resistance (S1/R1): Identifies optimal retracement zones for potential entries.

• Extensions (R2/S2): Projects statistical probability targets for take-profit levels.

Visual Key & Terminology

This tool uses specific labels to represent standard technical levels:

• The Rack: Represents the Central Pivot Point. Price holding above this level indicates a bullish bias; price below indicates a bearish bias.

• Pre-Workout Zone: Represents the area between the Central Pivot and the first Support/Resistance level. This is the Retracement Zone for identifying entries in the direction of the trend.

• Personal Best: Represents Target 1 (Conservative Take Profit).

• Mr. Olympia: Represents Target 2 (Extended Take Profit).

• Skipped Leg Day: Represents the Invalidation Level (Stop Loss). A break of this level signals a potential trend reversal.
