PhaseShelfBreak Gold is a rule-based Expert Advisor for GOLD (XAUUSD) on M15.

The system is built around a shelf-breakout concept. It identifies a shelf-like consolidation phase, waits for breakout acceptance, and then manages entry, stop, target, and exits according to fixed rules.

This product is intended for traders who prefer a mechanical breakout approach, transparent benchmark conditions, and a non-martingale, non-grid structure.

Position structure and exits

• The default structure allows up to 4 total positions
• Entries are distributed across structured opportunities and are not based on martingale or grid behavior
• Position management includes partial reduction, break-even protection, target-based exit, and timed exit
• By default, part of the position is reduced after the trade reaches an initial profit threshold
• Break-even protection is applied after sufficient progress, and the target can be extended when conditions remain supportive
• If the trade does not resolve within the intended holding window, a time-based exit is used

Default trading schedule

The default schedule filter is intentionally selective.

It is designed to avoid some lower-priority trading windows and reduce participation during periods that tend to be less consistent under the original product structure. This means that no-trade behavior on certain weekdays or server-time windows can be normal and is part of the default design, not a malfunction.

In the default configuration, trading is enabled on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, while Tuesday is excluded.

The default no-trade windows are 12:00 - 16:00 and the 20:00 server hour.

Schedule logic is based on broker / server time, so visible trading hours may vary slightly across brokers.

Setup guidance

• Start with the default product structure
• If you want lighter or heavier exposure, adjust lot size first
• Do not aggressively change internal logic parameters before understanding how the system behaves
• Use benchmark-style conditions first, and then decide whether customization is necessary

For first use

• Do not optimize too many inputs before understanding the baseline behavior
• Keep your first evaluation simple: default structure, M15, GOLD, benchmark-style lot conditions
• Judge the product by consistency and structure, not by isolated short-term results
