The system continuously evaluates volatility using two mechanisms:

1. GVZ-Based Logic (Primary Mode)

• Extreme: GVZ ≥ 30
• Recovery: GVZ ≥ 25
• Normal: GVZ < 25

2. ATR-Based Logic (Fallback / Enhancement)

• Extreme: ATR > MA(ATR) × Multiplier (default 1.5)
• Recovery: ATR > MA(ATR) × 1.2
